A Holy Life

This book is about holiness - what it is and why we should pursue it. In addition to the technical definitions of holiness, I find it help to define holiness as the pursuit of Christlikeness. Because we want to become more like Christ, we therefore want to know God more clearly, love God more dearly, and follow God more nearly. We want to conform our thoughts, words, deeds, desires, wills, and inclinations to so resemble our Lord's, that people will bear witness to our lives and be compelled to give praise to our Father in Heaven.

The chapters and Bible studies in this book focus on the various key components of what it means to pursue a holy life - a life of progressive sanctification.

Each chapter contains an in-depth Bible study, including helpful questions for personal refection and discussion. This book is designed for personal use or for small groups and larger Bible studies.
